About The Role The success of the practice manager is driven by their ability to co-ordinate the business, people, operations and services of the clinic. The ideal candidate will thrive on managing a busy clinical setting which involves:
Overseeing all client care, nursing and veterinary services.Being highly engaged in customer experience and client loyalty activities, clinic service streams, marketing, digital services, social media and feedback.Managing the financial performance of the clinic, stock control, procurement, accounts, budgets, payroll and profit and loss.Leading on work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.Working closely with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager and Vet Manager.Fostering a wellness culture, communication strategy and clinical team development.Building strong relationships with our community, strategic partners and suppliers.Joining a high performing team that love what they do.Our practice managers enjoy development and training support in all these areas, where you can grow your nursing and leadership career.
