The long-awaited reopening of our Greencross Riverway clinic is here - and we are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager! We are very excited to be re-opening our Riverway clinic in the new year - as are our loyal clientele, who are ready to see our doors open once again!

Riverway is ready to go and equipped to offer a full range of services to small animal patients - including a dedicated Radioactive Iodine Room, with in-house and external training for you to upskill in this area.
We have an accomplished and experienced Veterinary Director heading up the team and are now looking for a Practice Manager or Senior Vet Nurse who has strong leadership and team building skills, to help build a genuinely friendly, caring team who are passionate about providing great patient standards of care and customer service.
About the role:Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change managementLeading and developing the team and building a positive team cultureMonitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvementDriving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiativesDelivering outstanding service and care to all patients and ownersAbout YouCert IV qualified with a minimum 3+ years' clinical experienceStrong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team membersHR experience in performance monitoring and management advantageousExperience with Rx works preferred but not essentialStrong communication and customer service skillsGood business acumen and organisational skillsFriendly, respectful, team player attitudePassion for continuous learningIf this sounds like you, Apply Now!
