POSITION Due to growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created to work within the Business Services Division.
This is a key leadership position within the firm to help streamline their processes and set them up for rapid expansion in the short to medium term future.
The role will report to the COO and involve, but not limited to: Develop and implement internal systems and processes Work alongside the Partners and Managers to manage workflow and improve efficiencies Be an active participant in the development and implementation of new software and technology Be the subject matter expert on all things XPM, Xero, CAS360 and other software packages Assist the partners in the mentoring and career development of staff Liaise with clients to ensure all queries are attended to in a timely manner Provide leadership to the admin team Assist in special projects CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice (non-negotiable) Experience with all facets of public practice administration Expert proficiency with XPM, Xero, CAS 360 (non-negotiable) Exceptional communication and presentation skills Exceptional time management skills Ability to be a team player Benefits The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
