We were named Law Firm of the Year at the 2021 and 2022 Australasian Law Awards.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced lawyer to join us as a Practice Leader in our successful Franchising team.Our Franchising lawyers have worked with hundreds of franchisors (both Australian and international) to help grow their Australian franchise network. We assist with establishing franchise systems and the ongoing work that follows, including drafting and negotiating franchise grants, renewals and surrenders. We also assist clients with franchise buybacks and sales, franchising related disputes, as well as any other commercial legal needs they may have.
