Clear Health Psychology is seeking a Full-time Practice Lead to support our growing team at Cannington and across our Perth metro practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in NDIS and Medicare who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys a mix of hands-on work and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Area Manager, your role will involve:
Providing operational oversight for the Cannington practice. Assisting with training new and casual staff . Managing reception duties, including client invoicing, appointment bookings , and administrative tasks. Collaborating with site directors and area managers on operational improvements . Coordinating with property managers on facility-related matters. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the office, waiting areas, and kitchen. Supporting the team by providing clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy. What We Are Looking For We're searching for someone with:
Proven experience in healthcare administration or reception . Knowledge and experience in Medicare and NDIS systems (essential). Intermediate computing skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite . Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Strong organisational skills , attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and staff.
