About the RoleThe Practice & Consultations Manager supports the Director, staff, and independent contractors to deliver excellent services in a timely, efficient, and inviting manner.
There are multiple facets to this role, and the successful applicant will have the ability to prioritise competing priorities, manage multiple tasks, demonstrate excellent communication and relationship skills, and deliver all work with a high level of attention to detail.
Providing an excellent customer experience including managing enquiries, scheduling appointments, ensuring clinical intake, assessment, and reporting processes are smooth.Ensuring compliance with the requirements of a psychology practice.Creating systems to streamline day-to-day processes and leading reception staff to implement processes efficiently.Coordinating training and consulting events including liaison with customers, event coordination, and supporting a team of trainers.Financial management including tracking expenditure, client invoicing, and payments, and delivering monthly financial reports.Maintaining and building effective relationships with consulting clients.Coordinating a team of counsellors.Data analysis and reporting.Driving continuous improvement of data systems, processes, and procedures.To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:A commitment to excellenceOutstanding attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracyAbility to dynamically prioritise competing tasks and manage your own workload with initiative, integrity, and diligence.Excellent stakeholder relationship management skillsAbility to lead a small, dedicated team.Excellent presentation and a confident and reassuring mannerAbility to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal interactions.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.Experience with Power Diary/Zanda software or a demonstrated ability to learn new software programs swiftly on the job.Familiarity with the privacy and confidentiality requirements of an allied health practiceDesirableInformation technologyDesktop publishingBookkeeping skillsHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and covering letter in one document to the Practice Manager at ******.
