We are seeking a full-time practice administration officer in our Hobart office on a fixed term contract until the end of June 2025. As a long-standing not-for-profit Tasmanian organisation, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Allied Health team. You will be part of our collaborative, intentional, accountable and passionate team who are all about supporting our children, adults and communities to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Allied Health team.
Liaise with participants and therapists.
Maintain effective workplace relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in the health or disability sector in an administration role.
Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
Well-developed organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision to achieve required outcomes.
High attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication and customer service to maintain effective workplace relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experienced using CRM software and competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable.
National Police Check (no older than 3 months).
Current or ability to apply for Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
