Hudson is seeking a Power BI Developer to play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable insights for a large organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions. Adhering to defined quality standards to develop data requirements, enterprise information models, and views. Creating business intelligence solutions, including reports and visualizations, while following best practices and standards. Supporting metadata design and maintenance to ensure accurate data descriptions and structures. Utilizing ethical decision-making and project management principles to achieve project goals.
Essential Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:

Proven experience in delivering complex business intelligence projects or products, preferably within the healthcare industry. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively and gather requirements efficiently. Demonstrated ability to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders. Expertise in creating and maintaining PowerBI reporting products and business intelligence dashboards. Proficiency in SQL server DB query design. Experience in Data Modeling methodologies using SQL Server Visual Data Modeling tools, M/PowerQuery, DAX, and similar technologies. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
