We are looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join our IT Team. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager this role will be primarily responsible for our ERP Platform but will also have exposure to CRM, marketing automation, website, and eCommerce applications.
About The Role
L1/2 Support Contact for Business OwnersTroubleshooting software issues through to resolution. Support the resolution of system and/or business process issuesIdentify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend resolution pathwaysDevelop test procedures and plans for integrated systems and system processes.Manage system integration testing procedures prior to handover to the customerPerform and manage User Acceptance Testing with End UsersLiaise with external vendorsContinually maintain and evolve technical specifications, standards and documentation
About You
Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory2+ years' experience in application support and/or business analysisDemonstrated application support experience of ERP and/or CRM. Experience with Pronto or Oracle Cloud products would be an advantageSound ability to identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues in the shortest time frameAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Desirable
Experience in a retail and/or manufacturing environment would be highly regarded
