Overview As part of our production department, you'll work closely with our Team and production partners in managing and completing post-production for Feature Film and Television Series. Some short form TVC production may also be part of the role where applicable.
The ideal applicant should have an in-depth understanding of the post-production process, as well as a strong knowledge of production, distribution and delivery both domestic and International.
Responsibilities Assist with planning and managing production budgetQuoting and invoicing projectsAssisting and managing the team of artists across projectsSchedule and managing artists and resources to maximise quality and productivity of workOverseeing the delivery of projects on schedule, on budget and to a high-standardWorking with clients and key stakeholders Required Skills + Experience Minimum 3+ years (or demonstrated equivalent) assisting, managing or co-ordinating post-production for live-action or digital film & television projects.Proven ability to plan and manage productionsDemonstrated advanced relationship management and networking skills and the ability to establish effective relationships both internally and externally.Technical and creative problem solving with a can-do mindset.A team oriented mentality with a 'get it done' attitudeAn ability to thrive in a high-pressure environmentAn driven and self-reliant work ethicThe ability to be adaptable, flexible and proactive when it comes to troubleshootingPreferred Skills + Competencies Working knowledge of the VFX pipeline and entire post-production process, including interdepartmental dependencies is highly favoured.Ideal candidate has strong organisational, management and client-facing skills, understanding the importance of deadlines, communication, budget, presentation and client satisfaction. A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Arts is looked favourably upon but not required.
