About the Role Servicing Shepparton and surrounding areas, you will work closely with our Employment Consultants and local employers to assess and address the needs of job seekers in the workplace to ensure ongoing employment. The primary duties of this role would include:
Develop effective relationships with participants and their employers to ensure clear lines of communication and accountability are established and maintained to support the achievement of employment outcomes for our job seekers.Innovative problem solving, whilst providing regular support to both the client and the employer, to address and overcome barriers that may otherwise be problematic to workforce participation.Liaise with current and potential employers to identify their current or future labour needs and market job seekers.This is a full-time role based in our Shepparton office. 
Desired Skills and Experience To be successful you will:
Be enthusiastic, optimistic and resilient with a genuine desire to help othersPossess planning, organisational, administration and computer skills to ensure that you complete all case note and record requirements adhering to compliance guidelines.Have ability to utilise active listening skills and questioning techniques to identify goals, strengths and obstacles to workforce participation.Have effective relationship building skills.Willingness to travel to other sites, as requiredHave an analytical ability to work with data and draw conclusions.Hold a Drivers Licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check, which are required on commencement.Our Culture and Benefits
