Post Placement Support Consultant

Office based role with multiple locations in Gippsland Excellent compensation including base + super + salary packaging 9-day fortnight Key Responsibilities: Monitor work placements for participants Undertake action to resolve to ensure placement continuity Sustain ongoing employment by successfully re-placing participants Liaise with current and potential Employers Work closely with the central claims team Maintain a high level of Contract and Operational knowledge at all times Document and record all communications/contact with participant and employer Maintain privacy and security of all records Work closely with site staff Key Requirements: Previous experience in managing claims in the insurance industry or Post Placement Support Understanding of the employment services industry Experience in WFA, Jobactive or DES advantageous Previous experience in high volume environments If you are interested, please APPLY via Seek.
