Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact and leading a dynamic team? National 360 invites you to join our vibrant Warrnambool team as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Our friendly Warrnambool team is growing, and we're on the lookout for an experienced PBS practitioner (at proficient level or above) to join us. We have a fantastic, multidisciplinary team with like-minded clinicians and a steady workflow in both adult and pediatric PBS.

In this role, you'll provide community, clinic, and telehealth services to NDIS participants, focusing on enhancing their quality of life. You'll build relationships, conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA), develop and implement behaviour support plans, offer training, and review and reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines. Regular data collection and progress monitoring will also be key parts of your responsibilities.

WHO YOU ARE You hold relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)
You hold a 'Proficient' or above letter of suitability from the NDIS 
You have full Australian working rights (or pending)
You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's license
You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
