Position Vacant: Industry Development ManagerCloses: 1 November 2024.
Destination Central West NSW is looking for a visitor economy specialist to support Councils and visitor economy businesses in the role of Industry Development Manager.

Responsible for the Mid-Western, Bathurst, Lithgow and Oberon LGAs, you will have a thorough understanding of the visitor economy, the challenges faced by small business and be able to drive improvement and outcomes through developing and delivering industry development initiatives.
You will work closely with industry stakeholders in the visitor economy to help them grow and develop their tourism business.
This will include leveraging funding and building industry capacity through Destination NSW's NSW First and other industry development programs.
You will also work alongside local government stakeholders to build networks and tourism product and experience clusters.
