Permanent Opportunity   Hybrid Working Model- Sydney based role currently 2-3 days per week in office  Provide Portfolio coordination support to the Head Of and team across Information Security Strategy Portfolio (ISSP) How will I help?
As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will be accountable for supporting the Head of Information Security Strategy Portfolio (ISSP) and team by providing a wide range of professional administrative, operational, project and business support.
Your role will interact with a broad range of employees, from senior executives to internal stakeholders requiring exceptional organisational, customer service and an adaptable interpersonal style.
Information Security Strategy Portfolio (ISSP) is the security project delivery arm of Information Security Group (ISG) and sits in the Technology Transformation Team of the Technology division.
We deliver stronger cybersecurity capabilities to actively reduce risk, address deficiencies and support sustaining Cyber Risk within appetite Key responsibilities include:  Provide Portfolio coordination support to the Program Manager and Snr Project Manager across ISSP SharePoint / Confluence/ teams administration, including developing and managing functionality and pages Program communications support, including facilitating workshops, induction sessions, training sessions and development of presentation documents Coordination of governance meeting logistics and preparation.
(eg: PCG, SteerCos, BSR) Consolidating weekly approval and expense requests, with supporting documentation, following through with outcomes and system approvals as required Monitoring compliance requirements and supporting teams to ensure completion in a timely manner Support of calendar management (including Forward planning) Document Management: Keep important documents organized and easily accessible with appropriate secure access.
General administration and ad hoc activities  Implementation and communication of administrative policies and processes  Keep team distribution lists and team data sheets current  Program / Project coordination support for the ISSP portfolio.
Assistance in the development of templates and work documents for the program team.
Ad hoc projects or reporting as requested by Program Manager and Project manager  Networking and Working Relationships  Maintain a support network amongst the Portfolio stakeholders.

What do I need?
Up to 5 years of experience in project or portfolio coordination role, with proficiency in Westpac systems and processes including PHQ, Coupa, eAcademy, UAR, timecard, and IT Store requests.
An understanding of expenditure and accounts payable concepts (WBC processes, policies, and procedures an advantage) A high attention to detail with excellent forward planning, problem solving, prioritisation, and organisation skills  Competent MS Office skills and proficient in relevant business unit computer systems Ability to liaise with all levels of staff and external clients Good oral and written communication skills Forward planning and organising skills Influencing, ability to prioritise & negotiating skills Sound analytical skills and the ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical issues while collaborating with others to achieve outcomes Attention to detail What's it like to work there?
