My client focusses on investment advice for a client base made up of HNW and UHNW clients.
About the role: We are currently seeking a Portfolio Administrator to work alongside a team of advisers and other staff members.
In this role, you will be responsible for running and managing the portfolio management system of the business, looking after aprox $400 million in investments.
Duties: Process and reconcile investment portfolio transactions Prepare client reports on a regular basis Assist with the administration of SMSFs & collation of their financial statements Update existing or create new transactions Arrange client billing for reports Skills & experience: Preferably previous experience within financial services (investment advice) Understanding of investment principles Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Previous experience using portfolio administration or SMSF accounting software is preferrable (not essential) How to apply: Click APPLY, or send your resume through to Scott Munro at ******.
