As a Porter Valet, you will be naturally confident with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by answering all types of enquiries, handling of guest arrivals and departures, including assisting with their luggage.
A few of your responsibilities: Efficient and courteous handling of all guest arrivals and departures, including transport, delivery and storage of guest luggage Assist with guest enquiries and requests, ensuring familiarity with the property, hotels, guest rooms, restaurants, bars and casino Park and collect guest vehicles promptly as required Provide general information on the Gold Coast and surrounding areasWhat we are looking for: A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication skills and meticulous groomingA sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast eventsFlexibility to work across a 24/7 rosterAbout you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
