Permanent Position - Process Operator (Boiler Operator) - Proserpine Mill

About The Role We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Boiler Operator at our Proserpine Mill in the Whitsundays.
This is a permanent position within our sugar processing factory, requiring shift work during the crushing season, including weekends and overtime, as well as day work during the maintenance period.
The Boiler Operator will be directly responsible for the hands-on operation of boilers, generators, and the bagasse system.
To be considered, applicants must possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications, including a High-Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA) certification.
The Opportunity Although the following qualifications are necessary for this role, we are willing to offer training to candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude and team fit:
High Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA) Confined Space Certification Working at Heights Certification Strong communication skills are essential to provide regular and accurate updates on work status.
Additional skills or certifications will be considered an asset, so please include them in your application.
