Job Description Our Front Office team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests, and as a Porter, your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests Carrying luggage Valet parking guest vehicles Escorting guests to their rooms Explaining hotel facilities Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance Delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
