This role will be offered on a hybrid work pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. The responsibilities of the role include: Driving the weekly planning activities for the Terminal/s to deliver weekly grains plans ranging from receival and outload through to hygiene, fumigations etcWork with the Operations team to ensure appropriate allocation and utilisation of all assetsCirculate the plan with the monthly planning team and operations team to ensure maximum GrainCorp value delivered and feasibilityPartner with Port Operations team to deliver better performance against planCollaborate effectively with the rest of the Supply Chain Planning team to include all relevant factors in to planMonitor the gap to monthly plan, and manage any weekly exceptions and escalate strategic annual exceptions to the annual planning teamProvide input into planning tools and recommendations for continuous improvement and ensure data informed decisions are made through utilisation of toolAbout your experienceOur successful applicant will come to us with sound previous experience and knowledge in a planning/logisitcs position.
