We've partnered with a National Real Estate firm who has become industry recognised for creating beautiful spaces that promote luxury and benefit the community they stand in.They have undergone significant growth and cultural transformation, evolving from a small family business into a dynamic, institutional-grade operation while maintaining our core family values.The Head of Building Management will oversee the operations of all buildings managed by our group.Initial responsibilities include managing high-profile residences and the scope will expand as more projects are launched.Key Responsibilities: Operational Accountabilities: Maintain common area assets and ensure all maintenance is performed to a high standard.Coordinate trades and contractors for site issues.Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for the Owners Corporation and committees.Conduct regular inspections and proactively address issues.Manage budgets and ensure commercial success of building management teams.Support team growth through development and expansion.Engage in community and industry events.Oversee contract reviews and participate in the tendering process for new contractors and suppliers.Key Attributes and Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Building Management, with leadership experience.Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a diverse team.Strong understanding of delivering luxury service levels.High service focus and outstanding communication skills.Strong numerical and analytical skills for budget management and reporting.Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure.Track record of improving efficiency and embracing innovation.Alignment with our company values.For more information, please call Caitie on 0421 827 803.
