You will operate as a trusted member of the Porsche dealership group's leadership team, while also being a member of a large People & Culture team supporting Penske's diversified business locally and globally.In this role you will play a leadership role in a wide range of exciting business opportunities, including business transformation, acquisition, and growth.
You will be comfortable operating at the shop floor to the boardroom.In this role you will:Provide a full range of professional, business-focused HR servicesSupport the development of leadership capability and coach managers and supervisors on organisational initiatives.Design and deploy performance-centric incentive structures, development programs, and policiesManage and resolve complex employee relations issuesProvide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planningPartner with specialists across Penske's HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Health, Safety, Environment teamsAbout you:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in HR generalist and leadership role/sSelf-directed with demonstrated ability to work autonomouslyStrong influencing and negotiation skillsProven ability to build rapport with employees and managers at all levelsAutomotive or related industry experience is desirablePenske Automotive Group is part of the global Penske Automotive Group.
