Tasks & Responsibilities: Assisting customers with their in-store and over phone pool enquiries Complete water tests on pool and spa samples, provide customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool Advise customers on selection of correct pool equipment Corresponding with staff and customers to co-ordinate onsite service schedules Managing inventory Ordering stock for shop and mobile Technicians Managing staff and rosters Working autonomously & together with other team members to maintain a well-organized shop Qualifications & Experience: Experience in the Pool Industry Product knowledge and water chemistry Ability to help customers troubleshoot pool and equipment problems Highly organized Ability to work productively as part of a team and also autonomously High level of computer literacy; knowledge of POS and MYOB advantageous Ability to multi-task while prioritizing work by order of importance Physical fitness to carry goods up to 20kg Kewba Pools Can Offer You: On the job training Full-time position Flexible working hours Immediate start A competitive salary package plus superannuation and bonus Opportunity to obtain equity for the right applicant Pay for experienced personnel will be negotiated at the time of the position being offered Probation period: 6 months
