Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with their in-store and over phone pool enquiries
Complete water tests on pool and spa samples, provide customers with advice on how to maintain a healthy pool
Advise customers on selection of correct pool equipment
Corresponding with staff and customers to co-ordinate onsite service schedules
Managing inventory
Ordering stock for shop and mobile Technicians
Managing staff and rosters
Working autonomously & together with other team members to maintain a well-organized shop
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in the Pool Industry
Product knowledge and water chemistry
Ability to help customers troubleshoot pool and equipment problems
Highly organized
Ability to work productively as part of a team and also autonomously
High level of computer literacy; knowledge of POS and MYOB advantageous
Ability to multi-task while prioritizing work by order of importance
Physical fitness to carry goods up to 20kg
