City Venue Management are currently recruiting for Lifeguarding roles at Runcorn Pool and Gould Adams Park Aquatic Centre. Spend your summer by the pool and dive into a job full of fun and purpose!
Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working with people in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.
Requirements for Lifeguarding roles: Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude!Current Blue Card (Working with children check)Current First Aid (inc. CPR)Current Pool Lifeguard*We offer all qualifications internally with great discounts for new & existing employees*
Key Skills: Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitudeHigh-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environmentProvide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standardsWilling and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reportingWater testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance dutiesEnsure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception deskProvide information and action all Swim School and Aquatic enquiries through email and telephoneWhere to from here: We are an equal opportunity employer – this means it's a level playing field for all.
