Position Overview:
As the Senior Policy & Practice Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our organisational policies and procedures. You will coordinate audits, manage improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with funding body requirements. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, analyse, and influence policy and practice standards. Coordinate audits and manage projects that drive practice improvement. Develop and contribute to policy and grant submissions. Produce compliance reports and maintain the organisation's risk register. Provide governance support and coordinate Board papers. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business, commerce, policy, or governance. Proven experience in quality and risk management systems. Strong project management skills and the ability to develop performance reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products and ICT literacy.
