Reporting to the Manager Finance Business Requirements your role will be responsible for assisting with all activities associated with ensuring the ongoing operational functionality of the QTravel system and partnering service providers to enable operational travel bookings to be accessible 24/7.
The successful person You will have demonstrated:
Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of the whole of government travel management system and associated travel management policies and procedures.Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written, including proven consultation and negotiation skills to be used in interactions with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously under time pressure to provide accurate, timely and high-quality travel system administration and policy advice, drawing upon sound problem solving and analytical skills.Good policy development, implementation and review skills to interpret Government legislation and policies to ensure advice provided is compliant with all requirements.About us The Department of Health is responsible for the overall management of the public health system in Queensland.
