About your role: Provide leadership in the professional development and clinical practice supervision of less experienced clinicians, work experience students, or those involved in observational clinical placements, to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards. Seek and develop enhanced clinical practice knowledge and expertise within the podiatry clinical specialty through active learning within the team and by engaging in both formal and informal professional development activities. Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of telehealth podiatry services. Continually develop own professional knowledge, skills, and abilities as they relate to the duties and responsibilities of the position, including committing to an individual development plan.
