Professional 2 (Remuneration Package $106,109 - $126,196) Podiatry Department, Alice Springs Hospital Ongoing vacancy in Alice Springs Alice Springs Hospital is an accredited modern 207-bed teaching hospital providing services to adult, aged and paediatric populations living in Alice Springs and surrounding regions, covering a vast catchment area of almost one million square kilometres.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a remote setting that will contribute to the continuum of patient care by managing, coordinating and providing a high quality, comprehensive and culturally appropriate podiatry services in acute inpatient and sub-acute outpatient settings.
You will provide high quality and evidence-based, culturally appropriate podiatry expertise as part of the Podiatry team.
You will be provided support with regular clinical supervision from senior therapists and have the opportunity to be involved in continuous quality improvement projects and supervising undergraduate students as appropriate.
You will possess relevant qualifications in Podiatry that meet membership eligibility requirements of registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You will have acute clinical experience, demonstrated awareness of multicultural issues and their impact on clinical practice, and an ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
