The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. If you have experience in managing costs and contracts for building projects, this role could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities: Provide quantity surveying services to support business unit clients.Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and assessments to ensure value for money.Create reports and recommendations on technical matters related to economic performance.Assist in commissioning external consultants for capital works projects.Review and advise on variations and claims from external consultants.Prepare cost plans, estimates, and conduct tender checks.Manage total contract costs for assigned projects.Evaluate existing property valuations and research technical issues for projects.Resolve cost-related issues with tenderers and contractors.If you're organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in cost management for construction projects, we encourage you to apply.
