Who we are  Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia. About the Opportunity  AGIG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Administration and Purchasing Officer to provide vital administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO) and Transmission Asset Management (TAM) Leadership Team. This position will play a key role in managing administrative functions, supporting safety programs, and ensuring effective coordination across various business processes.
This position is fixed term for 8 months to cover for maternity leave.  Key Responsibilities: 
Support procurement administration, onboarding, and travel coordination.Oversee administrative functions as outlined in PMO and TAM business processes.Ensure accurate recording and distribution of key meeting transcripts.Coordinate and report on the outcomes of the PMO delivery Customer Survey.Organise and facilitate the TAM Town Hall, including service awards and success celebrations.Collaborate with the HSE team on inputting safety statistics into INX.Manage TAM fleet readiness and safety-related vehicle requirements.Track time away for RSA obligations monthly and quarterly.Assist purchase orders and goods receipting using SAP.Assist in the close out of works in the 'Construction Works In Progress' being transitioned to the asset register'Support project kick-off documentation and action list development.About You Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in general office administration and sound administrative work practices.Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in diary management.What we offer We are proud to be recognised as an inclusive employer by Diversity Council Australia, and our commitment to diversity and inclusion has earned us recognition in ******** .
