In this role, you will take ownership of the systems, tools, utilities, and scripts used within project delivery, ensuring they are optimized for performance. You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing applications, with a focus on automating repeatable procedures to streamline operations. Additionally, you will manage the automation and configuration of various project management tools, adapting them to different types of projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across all initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage project documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.Tools Administration: Manage and provide support for project management software, such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or other tools.Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices.
