PMO Analyst for Digital Transformation! Are you an experienced PMO professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a PMO Analyst to work across our three-year digital transformation initiative, guiding a dedicated team of 10, building PMO capability and managing portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities: Governance & Controls: Design and implement governance frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and effective project oversight. Establish controls that promote accountability and quality throughout the transformation process.Risk Tracking & Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to safeguard project success. Develop proactive risk management strategies that enhance resilience and support informed decision-making.Influencing Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to advocate for project objectives. Utilize your influencing skills to drive engagement and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.Building PMO Capability: Develop and enhance PMO processes and methodologies to optimize project delivery. Mentor and empower your team to elevate their skills and contribute to overall portfolio performance.Managing Portfolio Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring projects deliver on their intended outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
