About the Role As a PMO Co-ordinator in our Team, you'll play a key role in helping to report to the PMO Director supporting the PMO and key workstream leads to implement, manage and ensure effective PMO controls and governance aligning to delivery objectives. Your role will focus on resource management and logistics. Role Type: 12-month Secondment / Fixed-term opportunity Work Hours: Full time What will your day look like? As a PMO Co-ordinator, you will: Support the PMO and workstream by providing core resource management activities End to end recruitment, onboarding, extensions and offboarding activities. Office logistics including accommodation requirements Management of distribution lists, organisation charts and other resource management requirements Project tooling access including teams, confluence, JIRA Document Management – ensure documentation is appropriately stored and up to date for program Organised team wide events, workshops, training material distribution and travel requirements Provide admin support to the team with meeting bookings, minute taking and follow up actions Back up support to current PMO team members when required with key activities What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Project Management and/or PMO experience on complex and major programs of work Resource Management activities end to end through recruitment, monitoring of current resources and onboarding/offboarding activities Minute taking for large teams with ability to follow up on actions and decisions Ability to work under pressure, with multiple requests and large resource driven team Brilliant written, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain great relationship with diverse stakeholders You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
