As a Business/PMO Analyst at McPherson's, you will be at the heart of this transformation. Your role will be crucial in driving key projects and initiatives that will shape our future. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our strategic goals are met, providing critical analysis, insights, and project management support to facilitate seamless execution.

Key Accountabilities: Engage with IT and business stakeholders to determine and define project scope and objectives including assistance in developing artefacts (e.g. Project Briefs, Business Case etc). Develop comprehensive business requirements for new initiatives and processes. Where appropriate, analyse and model business processes. As is and to be - identifying areas for improvement or redesign. Work with PMO to document project methodology, processes, and templates. Work with the PMO on leveraging Monday.com as the preferred platform for managing projects and sharepoint and Confluence platforms. Build process flows and templates on the platform aligned to the PM methodology. In conjunction with the PMO, support project managers and cross functional project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure on-time delivery. Lead test strategy and UAT testing (where appropriate), engaging with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements through rigorous testing and validation. Update, implement, and maintain procedures. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Manage and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders. Support monitoring of business benefits post project closure. About you: To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
Minimum 5 years in a similar position. Relevant Project Management or BA Certifications. Experience with Monday.com, Confluence and Sharepoint highly regarded. Display exemplary communication, time management and problem-solving skills. Have professional knowledge and experience in Business Process Modelling, IT Project Management, PMO processes and templates and Systems Analysis.
