The Opportunity: Full Time, Permanent positionMonday to Friday | 2:00pm-10:00pmAssist to lead a team of up to 20 forklift loaders driving day-to-day operations for the PM shift.Hands on position assisting with loading/unloading trucks as required.Invest time into staff to shape personal and operational performance in-line with our People StrategyWhat we are looking for: A minimum of 3 years in a transport and logistics company in an operational roleAt least 12 months experience in a leadership role with 10+ team membersMust have a Forklift License (LF)Heavy Vehicle license is not essential, however highly regardedDemonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate whilst building a high performing and supportive team cultureExperience with general freight is highly regarded.
