About the role As part of the Bathroom and Plumbing team in Atherton, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and every second Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm.
Your day to day A typical day will involve:
Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom productsCreating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phoneUsing our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to lifeVisiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationshipsKeeping the showroom running smoothly and safelySupport Trade Counter Sales team as requiredWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who: Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customersMight not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and growIs comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systemsIs open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)Our perks and benefits: Performance based bonusesPaid annual leaveContinuous learning and development programs to support your career goalsGenerous discounts for those looking to renovate their bathroom or kitchenReece Boost - offering cashback and discounts on groceries, fuel, insurance, travel and morePaid parental leaveWhat happens next!
