Plt Student/Recent Graduate

Voros Lawyers is a boutique firm situated in Burwood NSW which specialises in Criminal Law and undertakes family law, conveyancing, probate and other matters. We are seeking expressions of interest from current or upcoming PLT students and recent graduates to join our team as we have a number of criminal trials and family law hearings upcoming. Candidates will be required to be available a minimum of two days per week, with potential for full time work available. The position will involve but is not limited to assisting Counsel with trial preparation and instructing in the District Court of New South Wales, assisting the Principal Solicitor and staff with research and other associated tasks, drafting applications, correspondence and legal documents, in addition to providing assistance to the administrative staff. This position offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to obtain significant and substantial exposure to practice in a law firm, experience in criminal law as well as some exposure to family law.
