Plt/Law Graduate

WL & KJ Everett are seeking a law graduate / junior solicitor (0-2yrs post admission) to join our firm.
We are a well established generalist firm and take instructions primarily in family law, wills and estates and conveyancing.
We are located in Subiaco.
As a graduate / junior lawyer you will have the opportunity to:
undertake legal researchliaise with clientsprepare court documents and briefs to counselattend courts, hearings and mediationsdraft wills, probate applications and other commercial documentsTo be successful in this role you will have:
completed a law degree and either be undertaking or have finished PLTbeen or will be admitted to practice in Western Australiaa high standard of written and verbal communicationthe ability to work both independently and as part of a teama genuine interest in wanting to develop your legal careerAustralian citizenship or permanent residencySalary will be commensurate with experience.
