We are on the hunt for an experienced Platform Owner – Identity & Access Management to join our expanding Technology & Transformation Team.

As the Platform Owner – Identity & Access Management you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing our organisations Identity platforms while ensuring system resilience and managing product lifecycle.
You will lead, coordinate and mentor specialists and/or analysts to achieve strategic and tactical cyber and organisational goals through platform development, consolidation, integrations, automation and enhancement.
Whilst you will deliver some technical hands-on work yourself, you will also achieve outcomes through your direct reports and our identity managed service partner.
Key responsibilities include: Owning end-to-end all Identity platforms which includes developing, implementing, and improving Cyber identity operating rhythm practises in line with internal Cyber platform management framework requirements.
Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of identity roadmaps and sequencing of initiatives related to uplifting identity platforms.
A key focus is on driving automation for repeatable tasks and provisioning needs.
Identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement within identity platforms, collaborating with the team to implement optimisation strategies.
With added focus on Identity platform and toolset consolidation to maximise capability and minimise administration and platform scope overhead.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, platform owners, cyber leads, and analysts, to ensure effective collaboration and seamless integration of identity platforms with other systems and applications.
Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, such as scrum or Kanban, and promote continuous improvement within the team, ensuring the right personnel are working on the right things at the right time.
Effectively communicate technical concepts, project updates, and platform enhancements to stakeholders, including management, sponsors, and other relevant teams.
Proactively identifies risks and recommends actions to avoid, mitigate or accept risks.
Promotes a sound risk culture by routinely analysing, avoiding, mitigating, or accepting risks.
Proactively manage external parties in supporting of the platforms and applications, ensuring compliance to the bank's service and support agreements, procedures, regulatory responsibilities, and policies/standards.
Responsible for overseeing the organisation's access management framework, ensuring all platform owners perform their access reviews, commensurate with the principle of least privilege.
A key focus is providing a clear pathway for automation and decentralised access provisioning on adopting 'just in time' provisioning to eradicate manual provisioning and maximising the development and use of our privileged access management platform versus traditional persistent access provisioning.
Responsible to ensure platforms and processes are compliant to any industry standards and internal technical standards (such as hardening).
Licensing is fully compliant to organisational licensing arrangements.
Own and remediate any audit action or treatment plan pertaining to your platform(s).
About you Specifically, you will have a strong technical background, with a proven ability to drive cross functional teams and deliver successful platform launches.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills (including influencing others) and a passion for uplifting business capability through technology.
What you will bring to the role: 7+ Years experience with maintaining enterprise cyber technologies/platforms such as CrowdStrike IDP, Okta, EntraID/AD, Delinea, Splunk.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms including implementation, administration, and uplift.
Minimum 2 years' experience leading a specialist team.
Thought leadership and demonstrated capability in how to leverage automation, API integrations to deliver improved platform management from data held in complementary systems and platforms.
Demonstrated experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and change delivery.
With emphasis on influencing to engage and drive change through the organisation for Identity practises.
Solid infrastructure awareness on how servers, networks and client endpoints interact and communicate.
Previous experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and the specific considerations that apply to securing cloud solutions.
Excellent team player and proven track record of building successful teams.
Ability to clearly articulate a vision, roadmap and workplan fully sequenced to deliver uplift in business capability and/or controls environment.
