At Boral we're seeking motivated Plant Supervisors to join our team at Middle Swan Concrete Plant on a fixed-term contract until October 2025, offering the opportunity to work across various locations in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role: As a leader in our operations, the Plant Supervisor will report to the Area Manager, driving performance, safety, and efficiency across our concrete plants.
This role will require travel between sites as part of the mobile operations team.
Your day will involve: Accurate batching of concrete orders using advanced systems.Supervising concrete deliveries and fulfilling customer requirements.Conducting safety/toolbox meetings and pre-start checks.Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting.Liaising with customers, drivers, and sales teams.Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks.General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.What are we looking for? A strong safety focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Sound computer skills for batching, reporting, and stock management.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Additional Requirements: Relevant experience in batching, supervision, and concrete operations.HR driver's license and FEL ticket preferred.A keen interest in the concrete industry.Flexibility to take on diverse responsibilities.This role will require the ability to travel between locations and adapt to various site environments as part of the mobile team.What's on offer?
