Rome Research Corporation is the employer looking to fill 3 Satellite Electronics Technician positions.
Salary: $85 to 125 AUD.

Operation and maintenance of satellite communications earth terminals and all associated equipment at the US Navy/ADSCS Kojarena, WA facility.

Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen holding a US Secret Security Clearance.
U.S.
Navy Electronics Technician "A", "C" or equivalent from an accredited college, Jr. College or technical school.
Completion of SATCOM Maintainer course at Fort Gordon, GA or documented experience supporting fixed earth terminals (C, Ka, and Ku).
Documentation including course content required; DD Form 214 acceptable.
Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II and have Security+ or higher certification.
Must successfully complete required training to obtain APACS approval: Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) LEVEL I Training SERE 100.1 Associates Degree or higher desired.
6 years of experience in technical or craft experience in electronics, electricity, engineering, communications, physics, or a similar field that provided technical knowledge applicable to the installation, operation, maintenance, testing, evaluation, or repair of satellite communications/electronic systems and equipment.
Knowledge of radio theory, transistors and solid state components, vacuum tube theory, digital networks, and associated timing issues is mandatory.
Available for irregular work hours and able to respond to emergency calls 24/7/365.
