Reference Number: 1348 Closing Date: 22-11-2024 Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Wandoan Depot About the Role Based in Wandoan , you will be part of the Works Maintenance team responsible for maintaining Council's roads and infrastructure across the region.
Reporting to the Works Supervisor, you will: Provide a high standard of skill of operating skills on civil construction and maintenance plant, in particular a Slasher; Be aware of and adhere to safe work practices; and Complete allocated tasks within agreed time frames.
About you The successful applicant will have: current C Class Driver's Licence (HR advantageous); a Construction Induction White Card; a strong awareness of relevant safety standards and requirements; possess good time management skills and the capability to complete allocated tasks while working within a team; knowledge of the MUTCD and its application (desirable); and be physically fit and enjoy manual labour.
