We're looking for a skilled Plant Operator to manage the safe and efficient operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment at our Dunmore Quarry.
Become a vital part of our dedicated team and contribute to our quarry operations.
Your day will involve:Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting.What are we looking for?Experience with mobile plant operation is essential (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.Available to work Monday to Saturday.What's on offer?Access to comprehensive training and career development opportunities.Enjoy the stability of a permanent role.Competitive hourly rate plus overtime and allowances.Proudly an equal opportunity employer.Endorsed by Work180 for gender equality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
