What's on offer? Fulton Hogan is looking for a Plant Operator/Labourer to join our multi-disciplinary Civil team based in the Illawarra area, upgrading state and local government infrastructure including road reconstruction, intersections, and drainage to provide the region with better connections for the community.
You will have experience in labouring and operating machinery in a civil construction environment and be driven to support and motivate site teams, ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost, and schedule in the planning and execution of work.
Core Responsibilities: Valid and current driver's licence – HR/MR desirable Experience & ticketed to operate rollers, skid steer, and excavators Earth works experience Ability to work in a team & achieve quality work outcomes Availability to work overtime, weekends/nights when required Construction induction card Travel across regional NSW, with roster cycles and shifts available when travelling. Nightshift may also be required from time to time. The pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.
