Plant Operator

Synaco has partnered with an industry leading waste management company due to continued growth they are seeking Plant Operators for a landfill site in Kemps Creek.
Tenure: Ongoing  Days & Hours: Monday – Saturday (first shift is 5am-3pm second is 7am – 6pm) Pay rate: ORD$46.10p.h + Super  Duties: Operating earthmoving equipment (e.g.
waste compactors, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers etc) Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
Report safety incidents and hazard immediately.
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures.
Ideal candidate: Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work Previous experience in civil construction industry or waste industry Must have drivers licence as there is no access to public transport on site   Commitment to safety Self-motivated Mechanical aptitude Experience and or qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment ideally in the waste industry.
