We are thrilled to present a permanent, full-time opportunity for a dedicated Plant Operator to become an integral part of our dynamic and dedicated team. As the latest addition to our workforce, you will undertake responsibility for ensuring the secure and proficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment located at our Karratha - Quarries site.
Your day will involve: Safe operation of front-end loader and other quarry mobile plant as requiredSales load out and the use of weighing equipment such as LoadriteBasic maintenance and plant housekeepingActive participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activitiesParticipation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reportingOccasional operation of the weighbridge to cover leave daysWhat are we looking for? Experience in mobile plant operation and in particular Front End Loaders for sales load outHR truck licence is advantageous but not essentialQuarry experience highly regarded, but not essentialSelf-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and qualityDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervisionAvailability to work Monday to Saturday and flexible to work overtime to meet sales demand when requiredWhat's on offer?
