Plant/Machine Operator - Randstad

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator with a focus on dozer and excavator operations to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating a dozer in a waste management environment and be eager to expand their skills by operating both dozers and excavators.
Key Responsibilities: Operate dozers and excavators efficiently and safely in a waste management setting.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Assist with other duties as required to support the waste management operations.
Requirements: Valid Dozer License.
Valid Excavator License.
Construction White Card.
Valid Driver's License.
Full Australian work rights with no restrictions.
Minimum of 1 year experience operating a dozer.
Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction and waste management environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Desirable Attributes: Previous experience in waste management.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
