Plant and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Plant and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor for a site-based opportunity in Lihir Island, Papua New Guinea, on a 22:20 roster.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project operations and will be responsible for the coordination, maintenance and compliance of a range of plant and equipment on site.
Key Responsibilities of the role include: Plan and coordinate the maintenance of plant and equipment Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, both internal and client Liaise with a wide range of suppliers and contractors in relation to the maintenance of plant and equipment Maintain accurate records through the use of registers Provide breakdown response and coordinate repairs Ensure timely delivery of plant and equipment to meet contractual and project schedules What you will bring: Extensive experience in servicing/repairs of Franna Cranes and Tadano All Terrain Cranes (highly regarded) Australian recognised mechanical trade certificate 5+ years of relevant experience in mining, heavy industrial or minerals processing environments Demonstrable experience in breakdown repairs, servicing and maintenance of various plant and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of coaching and mentoring individuals and teams A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport Life at Monadelphous:
