Plant and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor Monadelphous is seeking a highly motivated Plant and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor for a site-based opportunity in Lihir Island, Papua New Guinea, on a 22:20 roster.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project operations and will be responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and compliance of a range of plant and equipment on site.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate the maintenance of plant and equipment Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, both internal and client Liaise with a wide range of suppliers and contractors in relation to the maintenance of plant and equipment Maintain accurate records through the use of registers Provide breakdown response and coordinate repairs Ensure timely delivery of plant and equipment to meet contractual and project schedules What you will bring: Extensive experience in servicing/repairs of Franna Cranes and Tadano All Terrain Cranes (highly regarded) Australian recognised mechanical trade certificate 5+ years of relevant experience in mining, heavy industrial or minerals processing environments Demonstrable experience in breakdown repairs, servicing and maintenance of the following plant and equipment: Genie EWPs, Toyota Hilux Vehicles, Compressors, Dynapac Roller, Caterpillar Excavator, Mosa, Kutoba and Cummings Diesel Generators, Diesel Welding Machines, Isuzu Trucks, Hiace and Toyota Busses.
